We recently purchased a used Tesla Model 3 with only 500 miles on it from Advantage Chevrolet, priced about $10K less than a new one. While the deal itself was appealing, the experience had its highs and lows. We called ahead to schedule a test drive, but when we arrived, Emmanuel, the salesperson, wasn’t aware of the appointment. Despite this, Emmanuel was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable about the car's history and a great companion during the test drive. The back-and-forth on pricing was a bit tedious, with Emmanuel having to check with his manager repeatedly, but he was diligent, and we ultimately agreed on a fair price that included trading in our car and free tire rotations. Unfortunately, things soured during the final steps of the process. After returning with our trade-in, we had to wait quite a while for the manager, Tim Hoseck, to finalize everything. When it was time to sign, I noticed the tire rotations weren’t included as agreed. Tim dismissed the issue outright, saying it wasn’t part of the deal and even suggested we could walk away if that was a sticking point. That left a bitter taste, as it felt dismissive. Additionally, they ran a credit check on us despite us paying cash, which seemed unnecessary. The whole experience reminded me of why I prefer Tesla's straightforward buying process—no haggling, no unnecessary delays, and certainly no surprises at signing. While Emmanuel was great and the car itself is amazing, Advantage Chevrolet could learn a lot from Tesla about creating a seamless and customer-focused car-buying experience. More

I have had many experiences with car dealerships in my life, and my opinion of the latest one with Gary Summers at Advantage Chevrolet is that it was the best. I came knowing the car I wanted, and in les life, and my opinion of the latest one with Gary Summers at Advantage Chevrolet is that it was the best. I came knowing the car I wanted, and in less than 2 hours I was driving away in it. No nonsense understanding of what I wanted was delivered. It was a fair price, and maybe I could have negotiated a couple hundred less, but for half the price of groceries for a week, I preferred the pleasant hassle-free quick turn around. I think this was the first time in my life that I actually left a dealership feeling good about it! More
