Extremely frustrated with this dealership, got a Ford F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one wee F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one week after having it needed to come back to service I got the vehicle back and it is now back into service for rear end problems. I’ve had this truck for less than a month and it’s been service longer than I have had it. These issues should have been fixed prior to selling this vehicle. You guys need to do the right thing I need to take this vehicle back or get me in a different truck. This is unacceptable from a dealership/company. Nor is it fair I get stuck with a truck with a bunch of issues. More

I was shocked, he also told me I couldn' sunday morning asking about one of your vehicles you had I got transfered to Mike and he was extremely rude! I was shocked, he also told me I couldn't see the vehicle until monday because it was in fleet then while I was talking transfered me back to the receptionist. She apologized for his horrible manners and transfered me to a different department where spoke with Tresten. He was very apologetic and told me of course we can come look at it, he pulled the vehicle up front for us. Trenton was busy when we got there so Tim helped us and he was great to work with. Very nice guy, even bought my kids snacks! We then worked with Mark in financing and he was very nice as well. My only and biggest complaint is now knowing that rude gentlemen was an actual Manger blew my mind. Horrible phone etiquette! More
