We had an excellent experience with our recent purchase of a Nissan Rogue at Nissan of Richmond. Tim was patient, professional, and thoroughly answered our questions. He wasn’t pushy and worked to find us a vehicle with the options we wanted which allowed us to leave with a product we are very satisfied with. Covey was helpful with the finance and paperwork side of things and made the buying process very smooth. Never felt pushed to buy something we didn’t want which allowed us to feel comfortable looking into higher end options and actually selecting some.
