I am writing to formally share my feedback regarding my experience with your dealership following my purchase of a Jeep Wrangler on February 7th, 2026. Before I even left the lot, the check engine light came on. Although service cleared the code initially, it reappeared during my one-hour drive home. I had to drive an hour back to the dealership, and the experience quickly became frustrating. Over the course of the seven month process they refused to reimburse me, I reached out to salesman Tim, former Used Car Sales Manager Peter, Sales Manager Jose, General Manager Jim, and even attempted to contact the owner via emails and phone calls. Unfortunately, I experienced very unprofessional conduct and poor customer service from management, feeling as though I was being blamed for these issues. The one notable exception to this experience was Roger, my service adviser. Roger demonstrated outstanding customer service, patience, and dedication. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure my vehicle was properly taken care of when higher management refused to assist. I want to ensure Roger receives the recognition he deserves for his hard work, and to bring the serious communication and service issues among the management team to your attention. I made a promise to Roger, and as long as he keeps me updated, I'm giving him a chance to fix my Jeep. After seven long months of headaches and zero response or apologies from higher management, Roger pulled through and kept his word. I’m still waiting for a formal apology from management. More
