I purchased 4 vehicles thru Central Chevrolet every one of these transactions has been smooth and pressure free. Hands down the best dealership in Western Ma. Ed was on vacation for the last purchase so I decided to go and court another dealer and lets just say this was a very bad idea as it turned out I canceled the sale. By this time Ed had returned I placed an order on a new vehicle and 3 days later Ed called asking if I would like to take a vehicle that was going to be a swap. I decide to cancel the ordered vehicle and purchase the incoming one. I honestly don't think many dealers would think to put the customer first. I have had only one service issue with the new vehicle and Carla made it right. Central Chevy is one of those rare dealers that you can walk into see someone, return 5 years later and see the same person. In today's world that is rarely seen most dealers are a revolving door. More

We were shopping for a vehicle for my daughter, and we visited at least 5 dealerships in the Boston area. Central Chevy had the car we were looking for, so we drove to West Springfield. We worked with Tim G. in sales, and he was excellent. He was honest and did not engage in the high-pressure sales tactics we experienced at most of the Boston area dealerships. I have bought many cars from various manufacturers, and this was by far the best car sales experience I have had. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. If you are in the market for a new Chevy and you want to work with a dealership you can trust, this is the place. More
