This is your typical slime ball dealership, tell you what you want to hear and then change the deal after they run your credit. I asked for the exact OUT THE DOOR numbers at least a dozen times. Finally, one of the salesman sent me numbers which I was in agreement with and in-turn released my social security number for them to obtain my credit report. When it came time to sign the papers, all of the numbers had changed. Conveniently, the salesman who had sent me the original numbers was no longer there. I began to recieve text messages from a number I had not seen yet. They told me they had taken over for the first salesman and there was nothing they could do to honor his promises. I asked to speak to the General Manager who I had spoken to earlier in the day and guess what.. He left and wouldn’t be back for at least a week. LOL. These guys play games and are disrespectful. I purchase a new Yukon every couple of years and have never had such dissatisfaction for a dealership. There are plenty of more professional dealers out there, I would not do business with these guys. I am looking forward to the questionnaire coming from GM, I think they need to hear about this. More
