Tim expedited the purchase process and we drove her home. Not every salesman goes above and beyond for a customer. We accidentally left my EZPass in my trade-in. Tim rescued it and came into work early when he heard I was at Davis Acura hoping to be reunited with it. On a return visit I received professional assistance from John in sales, the service and parts departments.
