Weird!!!!! First the positive. Very customer-service oriented ran facility. Feeling of comfort throughout the whole process. Love the post-purchase emails and le First the positive. Eventhough my credit rated inactive, Davis still found somebody who financed me with the best deal possible.Bottom-line, I got the car I wanted. I'm not going to call it a negative and I know I was a little indecisive, and I'm my biggest critic, I wasn't that bad. It was a big decision for me and I needed a minute to think(Literally). I thought Tim got a little flustured at the end when I required a warranty to be on the car before purchase and I originally left without a deal. I thought it was weird that a dealership of this magnitude would even offer cars for sale without a warranty. No warranty for some of us dummies mean that there is something wrong with the car and I would think that Davis have all the confidence in the world that their cars would "Ace" a measley 90day warranty. Anyway a warranty was finally offered and a deal was made. Great job to Tim Eberhadt who went above and beyond. Go Giants! More

I told my husband that I wanted to buy from him because he was the only sales associate I have ever met that did not pressure me into buying something I did not want just to meet his quota. It was a wonderful experience! Tim isn't your typical salesman. He didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want. He listened when I described the car I wanted. He sent someone for it; showed my husband and I all the features; took us for a test drive; then we sat down while he did the paperwork. By the time he and Diane (finance) were finished, I was driving home in my new car! They were the nicest people to work with! He's the one to ask for if you want a car from Davis Acura!!!! More

Great Job Although Tim is very new to this dealership, he is very passionate at his job. he ensured that the customer is aware of the car's feature in and out. Although Tim is very new to this dealership, he is very passionate at his job. he ensured that the customer is aware of the car's feature in and out. He is making sure the whole dealer went thru successfully. He is willing to make a good deal out for the car that you like. My TLX have a dent on the side, he ensured that the body shop take care of it and also detailed one more time before hand it to me. Just one small wish that at the time we got the loaner car, we were told that was a RDXor MDX, because my fiancé is looking at those as well, but no big deal Great customer service, will definitely go back there in future. More

Won't take bank debit card but will take a personal check? Like my title says, they wouldn't take my TD Bank Debit card to pay for my car in full. But they would've accepted a personal check. WTH? I couldn't find the title for my trade in vehicle and told my salesman Tim Eberhardt that I had to send $53 to PennDot to get a copy. For the next several weeks I got daily harassing phone calls and texts from my salesman Tim Eberhardt asking for the car title. I told Tim I was waiting on it and couldn't get PennDot to move any quicker. Unbelievably I continued to receive at all times, daily harassing calls, texts and voice mails from Tim saying he needed the car title until the very day I received it in the mail and I dropped it off at the dealership. It was unreal. I do have a positive remark though. My sunroof would not close after I opened it. This was three weeks after buying my Acura TSX. I made an appointment and took it to the service department. They fixed it and did not charge me for it. That was really upstanding of them to do that. Unfortunately the sunroof sliding door on the inside of the car doesn't close all the way, but at least the outside does again. So the car cabin is safe if it rains. That's the only reason I gave three stars. More

Acceptable dealer but use caution During an initial call to the dealer, Janice was helpful in giving me details about the vehicle in question. My 3 hour ride to Davis wound up in a tra During an initial call to the dealer, Janice was helpful in giving me details about the vehicle in question. My 3 hour ride to Davis wound up in a trade to an upgraded used car. While on a test ride, I inquired about a highway to use (since I didn't know the area) and was told there wasn't one around. I've always had issues with dealers taking you on a two mile loop hoping to buy the car without fully testing it. Davis undervalued my trade in but was fair on the price of the newer vehicle. After trying to lower my payment by just $10 or $20, I was told no way, take the deal or leave it. We all know that the dealer wants to profit as much as possible but I was offered over $1000 more for my trade in with written proof at other dealers. Fortunately for Davis, this was the EXACT car I wanted. I had searched for months and apparently this model and color with the specific trim is hard to find. I wound up making the purchase anyway. While signing for the new loan, I was bombarded with insurance policy after insurance policy. I've never seen so many different types of optional coverages. They even tried to sell one for tires and wheels. 20 minutes into my 3 hour ride home the gas light came on. I though really? They didn't even spring for a full tank of gas. I have never in all of my 35+ years of car buying had a dealer not give you a full tank. I understand that dealers need to make a profit or they wouldn't be in business. I did receive a call after my purchase from Ed to discuss any issues I had with Davis. He made it right for me and I would definitely consider Davis for a future purchase if they have the vehicle I am looking for. All dealers should know that all it takes is an extra little something to make happy customers, even the ones with lots of car buying experience and knowledge. In the end, Davis took care of my needs. UPDATE: I've had this car for 2 weeks. Going on a trip next week and wanted the tires rebalanced. Turns out that this car was sold to me with 2 bent wheels. My local dealer told me that this would have been picked up during the inspection. I've called 2 people from Davis concerning this and they haven't returned my call. I was promised gift cards to be sent to me a week and a half ago that haven't come. Stay away from this dealer!! Very dissatisfied customer Update: Oct 2017. I have been taken care of. Although it was more of a headache with all of the back and forth calling, in the end I was satisfied. I love my used Toyota Avalon from Davis. I would look again at all of my purchase options when buying my next car but Davis will still be in the running More
