He then told me I was right, I did instruct him to do it. That was only the beginning. I drove home and by the time I got home one of the things I had serviced was already not working. No call back from anyone after I tried to complain. More

So I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cheerokee Altitude from this dealership in 11/2015. The experience was pretty frustrating to say the least but they did a good job of rectifying which I thought was huge. Fast forward to May 2016... The antenna on my brand new truck stop functioning which affects the radio and GPS-- I am a traveling nurse so GPS is a must. I've taken my truck to the dealership 4-5 times to have this repaired. The multiple trips are apparently the result of an untrained receptionist who didn't realize the job would be a bit more extensive. When I finally did get the appt situated and supposedly my truck repaired-- I arrived to retrieve my vehicle with the problem unresolved despite being called by the dealership to pick up my vehicle. They obviously didn't check to assure the job wasn't completed. Good thing I want there to have my brakes repaired; the results could've been deadly... Total incompetents. I wouldn't doubt them installing a used antenna on my new truck that I was hesitant to purchase as I was coming from a Lexus that I truly regret giving up. More

They almost killed my father My father's truck went in for service (which took 4 trips for a very minor fix- a parking brake handle) and he complained about the process. Wouldn' My father's truck went in for service (which took 4 trips for a very minor fix- a parking brake handle) and he complained about the process. Wouldn't you know, he's driving down the thruway and his rear tire simply falls off the vehicle in mid-day traffic. Luckily he survived the accident. His truck was immediately towed to his shop where they discovered the other rear tire (the only 2 removed during the service) was also loose and ready to fall off. All 5 lug nuts on each rear tire were not tightened properly. I don't think it's a coincidence and we will be taking every possible step to make sure they can't do this to anyone else. Their negligence in the service dept almost cost our family our father. More

POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT While Rich Geiss was great, the service team is TERRIBLE!!!! We brought our vehicle home the first week of April 2014. We purchased a used 2011 Chrysl While Rich Geiss was great, the service team is TERRIBLE!!!! We brought our vehicle home the first week of April 2014. We purchased a used 2011 Chrysler Town & Country, a family vehicle. Now I feel slighted because the service team is not taking care of business. Right from the beginning, the blind spot indicator and passenger side mirror needed to replaced, the rear view mirror needed to be recalibrated, the tire replaced, check engine light kept coming on, and a strange noise coming from the vehicle while in drive. It was Rich Geiss who made the service team take care of the bind spot, and mirror defects because the sales team was not willing to replace it. Rich had to tell them they were all defective at the time of purchase. They replaced the blind spot indicator around the end of May but the passenger mirror was never ordered, and they wanted to know who was going to pay for it. Rich once again had to remind them the dealer was. Needless to say, after three attempts they finally ordered the mirror...allegedly!!! They called me not once, not twice, but three times to let me know the blind spot indicator part had finally came in. Yeah, the part that had already been fixed 6 weeks prior. After the third time of them ordering the wrong part, I went down there. While sitting at one of the service reps desk waiting for the part to be finally be ordered correctly, the part guy made a comment about me needing to take my xxx to another dealer. Little did he know I was sitting right there but found out quickly when the service rep advised him I was sitting there. Now, all these times I was at the dealer, I advised them of this strange noise coming from the vehicle when in drive. Each and every time the service crew "could not hear a thing". Funny how when I made each and everyone of them get in the vehicle with me, they all heard the dang noise. But they could not tell me what it was. They needed me to leave the vehicle with them for a few hours on a Saturday to see if they can figure it out. 9 hours later I get a call, "we don't know what the noise is but we did drive a Dodge Caravan just like yours to see if we hear the noise too and we did so it's probably common. I don't have a Dodge Caravan so why would you test one of those, I'm sorry it was a Chrysler Town and Country that we drove. Yeah ok, that's funny because the one we just traded in did not make that noise at all" Every time I was there for this noise they told me one of their top service techs would take the vehicle for a ride and wear some special headphones where the noise could be diagnosed better. However, we also know someone who has the exact same vehicle and theirs does not make this noise. They are playing me and I'm tired of it. They don't want to take care of the existing issues because they will lose money. All these issues were there at the time the vehicle was purchased. Did I forget to mention the check engine light continues to go off and they can't figure that out either. I also received a recall in July and that part is still not in. I am so tired of this place and it's slogan "We'll treat you like family". Don't forget, I said in the beginning Rich Geiss in sales was great, he is everything that "We'll treat you like family" should mean, it's too bad the service team does not follow that same motto.
