I contacted several local dealerships, and none were nearly as responsive, let alone as cordial and straight forward as Tim was with me. No games or dealership tricks whatsoever, Tim went above and beyond trying to find a car and price that met my expectations. I have bought several cars through dealerships before, and NEVER has there been a better experience than this one and couldn’t be happier with my Ioniq 5! Was able to work through all the details ahead of time so coming to dealership was seamless and Chris and Brian were beyond accommodating to me and my family on the day we picked up the car.
