Bought a Bolt EUV here. The dealer was very kind when I boght the car. But the chargeing cable came with it qas defect, claimed it is defective at the service in December, t The dealer was very kind when I boght the car. Very unhappy experience I am very upset with Feldman Chevrolet. Last week I spotted online a vehicle that my wife and I were searching for from Feldman. I immediately called I am very upset with Feldman Chevrolet. Last week I spotted online a vehicle that my wife and I were searching for from Feldman. I immediately called and asked if the vehicle was still for sale because we were interested in buying it and we had the cash to put down on the car. The lady on the phone said they do and they would pull the car up front for us. I advised the lady that we lived 2 hours away from the dealer and she said there was no issue that she would hold the vehicle for us. Upon arrival to the dealership I observed another couple pull up in the vehicle we were suppose to be buying. We entered the lobby and it took us 5 minutes before anyone would even see what we were there for. Come to find out the couple walked in shortly before our arrival and wanted to see the vehicle. The salesman that was trying to help us out was saying it didnt sound like they were gonna be approved for the vehicle. We waited for over 2 hours to only find out the other couple was making calls to try and come up with a deposit. I spoke with the manager Tim who stated there was nothing he could do even though I showed him texts from his dealership that showed we had an appointment to buy it. The least they could have done was pay for my wasted gas I spent to drive over 4 hours round trip. Needless to say I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership and I would highly advise anyone to stay away from looking at cars online from this dealership. More

Just another bait and switch. Feldman Chevrolet of Novi, Thank you for wasting hours of my life tonight. After I saw the ad, I assumed there would be some hidden costs. I made several phone calls to the same saleswoman, Amelia, where I confirmed $1k down, $140 per month, and $6-700 in assorted fees. I drove the half hour to the dealership and spent over an hour to be told the lease would actually be $450 per month. what kind of bait and switch nonsense is that? The salesman I was speaking with said "it's not that much more". In my experience, 3x the price quoted is significantly more. They also had forgotten to mention the $1300 landing fee. They didn't even make an attempt at rectifying the situation. I'll stick with the Ford for now. More
