Thank you for leaving a review. We strive for customer satisfaction 100% of the time. We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Our loaners are extremely limited due to inventory shortages. While we have been able to provide you with a loaner at some of your visits, we cannot gurantee we are able to every time. There was a miscommunication with the scratch, but we will gladly take care of that for you. Please come in on a Monday between 9 am and 10 pm so you can show your concerns to our touch up department. We will get a game plan on fixing your scratch(at no cost of course) and will give you a Deluxe wash and vacuum. Thank you.
