Hall Ford Elizabeth City is the worst service department in the country. It was my job for over 30 years to audit and check the quality of repair facilities throughout the USA. They have no idea from the service manager to the service writer what it means to call and give a status, return a phone call they don't have a clue. It took me 2 months to get my mustang repaired which I paid top dollar. After delivering my car we had to push it in the garage when I told them I wanted the car as a daily driver. If you have a ford that need something other than an oil change I strongly suggest you take it to a ford dealer in Virginia. I think top management. Should clean house from the top to the bottom .
