Salesperson quite knowledgeable, friendly and assertive without being aggressive or irritating. I had pretty good idea of my parameters and salesperson worked withing those very well. I was especially impressed by Stephanie's diligence in finding for us our first color choice. I gave two color options, and she probably could have found our second choice in time to credit the sales tot finding for us our first color choice. I gave two color options, and she probably could have found our second choice in time to credit the sales totals for 2011. But she got the right car for us without regard to the accounting. I was also impressed that the dealership was willing to give us special rate financing, even though we didn't take possession of the vehicle until after the time had expired. And I was very satisfied that they worked with us through the process of obtaining a replacement title for our trade-in. I have already recommended this dealership to my co-workers. More
