Please do not do business here. I had to change my review due to a recent incident. I’m a disabled veteran and law enforcement officer who purchased a 2018 Porsche from this dealers I had to change my review due to a recent incident. I’m a disabled veteran and law enforcement officer who purchased a 2018 Porsche from this dealership in sept 2023. Initially, my experience wasn’t terrible, Negotiations went well, and I was told that I would get a full warranty when I purchased my vehicle when reviewing the contract, I noticed that the paperwork said I declined the warranty. I immediately address this with the finance manager Tiffany and the manager Iggy. I was assured that everything would be fine and Corrected. When I finally got my warranty and read through it, it was only for powertrain coverage and not the warranty that we agreed upon I was told that I would have to pay an additional $1500 to get the warranty that was discussed during negotiations. I paid the $1500. I received my new paid warranty paperwork and call the warranty company to confirm that it was correct. recently, I went to the Porsche dealership due to a problem with the rear spoiler. I was later informed that I was under no warranty. when I called the warranty company. They said the warranty was canceled due to dealer error in late October 2023 when I called the dealership to speak to Iggy, I was informed that I would be giving a call back and the situation would be rectified the next day when I called being that I was at the Porsche dealership with my vehicle waiting to hear about the warranty information. My calls kept being redirected. Eventually I got a call back from Tiffany who told me that she needed to speak with Iggy and that my call would be returned. I heard nothing from the dealership and I repeatedly called. every time I asked to speak to the finance manager or the manager My call was redirected or I was told that I would be called back. No one ever got back to me or rectify the situation, I sent several emails still no answer. I am now in the process of taking legal action contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Westfield Chamber of Commerce to report of this conduct Being that it now falls under consumer fraud. I have my initial contracts, and I also have email correspondence pertaining to us discussing the warranty and the check which was cashed, I also have correspondence from the warranty company DOWC that both contracts were canceled due to dealer .There are other dealerships with the car that you want please do not do business here . if I never had to take my vehicle in for service, I would’ve never known of the contract being canceled. Buyer beware More

The dealership is does not get back to you when you have an issue. I called and emailed and got no response. Blew out a tire within 35 days of having the car and I have wheel coverage. They sold me a car an issue. I called and emailed and got no response. Blew out a tire within 35 days of having the car and I have wheel coverage. They sold me a car with 4 dry rotted tires. They do add on extra rates when finalizing paperwork as well. They never gave me the contract nor helped me. I would never recommend or go back. More

I would recommend for people to stay away from this dealer. They have prices they will tack onto the final price of your car, so the advertised price is a few thousand less than you'll actually pay. I worked on a deal with my sales person (who was actually a very nice guy through the whole process, so nothing against him) and once we came to an agreement (via text and selecting the financing through the website), I went to the dealership to sign the final papers and pick up the car. The car was washed and waiting for me, as the sales person said it would be. But then after I waited for about 45 minutes, I learned that there was someone else in process of doing paper work to purchase the car. I was told that if HIS financing didn't go through, then we could do the paperwork on that we agreed upon. They clearly favored selling the car for the higher price instead of what we agreed upon, they favored selling the car to a male (clear since they didn't take me seriously until my fiance came to meet me once I realized they were selling the car out from under our agreement), and they did not keep their word arguing that our agreement wasn't official since I hadn't put down a deposit (which I would have gladly done if they had even mentioned that needing to be done). Once we left, they sales person called and offered me $500 for my lost time (I spent multiple hours there on Friday and again on Sautrday). Following the call, they emailed me asking that I in turn don't post anything on social media, which I of course didn't agree to since that then becomes blackmail. Please do not waste your time or money with the people who run this dealership. They do not hold up to their end of the agreement, try to swindle you for more money wherever they can, and are sexist. Not to mention not above blackmail. More

Horrible dealer to work with. Had a problem that took months for me to give up on with them. All you'll here is "I'll look into it" no matter who you talk to.
