Service advisor is great. Service department needs to dig in and really take the time to diagnose issues that customers say are happing. I paid $1500 to have my water pump and timing belt replaced. Then my air conditioner didn’t work a week later, when it had work 3 days prior to the “repair”. I was told the tech struggled getting the replaced. Then my air conditioner didn’t work a week later, when it had work 3 days prior to the “repair”. I was told the tech struggled getting the crank pulley off so the job took two days. After spending this amount of money I was told by the assistant service manager it was just “sucky timing” and now I have to pay $1900 to replace the air conditioning compressor, a less than $500 part. Also since then I’ve have the engine stumbling at idle after driving, which it did not do prior to this service. I called and left a message for the asst mngr and have received no call back. Your labor price is way too expensive and the quality of the repairs is lacking. I have lost all confidence in the service department and Ford in general. I understand I have an older vehicle with higher mileage, but it has not had any problems until now and we have owned it since new. If this is the level of service we can expect this will be our last Ford product! More
