Less than 30 days after my friend bought a used SUV from Sanders' in Swansboro the engine was running hot. After discussing it with a couple mechanic friends, they felt it was the water pump. She took it ba Sanders' in Swansboro the engine was running hot. After discussing it with a couple mechanic friends, they felt it was the water pump. She took it back to their service department. They didn't feel this was the issue and did a diagnostic check. They found other issues and charged $1,548. When her car was still running rough, she took it back and they told her it would be another $1,800 to fix the WATER PUMP!! We are a Ford family with an F-250, Flex & Escape, etc...Sanders will never get my business again! More
