Tom Tyson at Wilsonville Subaru is great. In 2020 I bought a 2021 Forester sport from him. He was honest and never pressured us into anything like getting the more expensive car. I’ve have visited Tom many times about trade in and again no pressure and he answered all my questions. He was so good my wife and I went back to him when we decided we needed a bigger car got a Subaru Ascent. Again no pressure and he was honest with us. As first-time Subaru buyers we were apprehensive about going in to the dealership just because of other previous car-buying experiences. It left a truly awful taste in our mouths. Enter Wilsonville Subaru going in to the dealership just because of other previous car-buying experiences. It left a truly awful taste in our mouths. Enter Wilsonville Subaru. We were immediately met with Tom and this interaction would change our view of what a car-buying experience could be. He answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured in any way. After taking an Outback on a test drive we knew this is the car that we wanted. There were a few must-have's that were on our list that didn't come with the standard model and he informed us that with all of the modifications we were seeking, the 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness was the one for us. The only issue was they currently didn't have any in stock. So we reserved one. Tom kept us updated and informed on any movement until our car was delivered. While we crossed the T's and dotted the I's, Tom made us feel welcome and like we were just another part of the Subaru family. He also made sure to play and keep our dog, Buddy, happy while we did the boring stuff. We're so grateful for the experience Tom provided to us while we were there and we look forward to cultivating a lasting relationship with Subaru and with Tom as we grow into the family.
