They were unprepared, at first I was impressed with how quickly they were taking care of the car. But then it just came off as unprepared. Twice I was given a loaner with no gas in it. So I was refilling m quickly they were taking care of the car. But then it just came off as unprepared. Twice I was given a loaner with no gas in it. So I was refilling my car as well the loaner and only having my car for less than a week. The detailing on my new car came back with more dust and hair than when I brought it in. More

I have nothing but great things about the folks at Key Auto in Rochester! I bought a used Chrysler Town & Country from Key in 2017. I started having problems with it a couple of months ago. The service de Auto in Rochester! I bought a used Chrysler Town & Country from Key in 2017. I started having problems with it a couple of months ago. The service department did their best to keep it running for me but, ultimately, the transmission went. I needed to buy a new car asap and they found exactly what I was looking for and had me in a new car within a couple of days. The staff was amazing-very kind, very helpful. I will be driving my new car into the ground and then I will go back to Key! More
