well 3 months later still having issues with my brand new malibu. depaula's service department sucks. Chris wood they said was top of the line honestly I'm sure he's has to listen to his boss or gm what to d malibu. depaula's service department sucks. Chris wood they said was top of the line honestly I'm sure he's has to listen to his boss or gm what to due but he sucks. stated he did things but never put on the invoice. and the salesman George was good at first but then kept saying give him a good review all about the money to him that's all he wanted now he wont even return my text messages...after saying you need anything call or text him. service manager Dennis Walters is useless still waiting for a call back from him. and the over all vice president Thomas took my car out twice but yet nothing was ever done. this dealership is the worst Chevrolet dealership I have ever worked with after the sale they could care less about you. service is terrible i wont ever buy or take my car's here again. by the looks there's many upset people Depaula has done wrong by. and chevrolet or GM i tried filing a complaint after several email and phone call nothing returned in 3 months. stay away from this dealership.. Called DePaula service department, was scheduled quick. I showed up, greeted immediately, checked top off all fluids reviewed needs and truck was brought in and serviced very timely. purchased a new 2022 sedan leave it at that. noise still after having it there 4 times in a month. contacted mangement i will admit went for a test drive car would not duplicate noise just once noise still after having it there 4 times in a month. contacted mangement i will admit went for a test drive car would not duplicate noise just once in awhile. so was told parts wouldn't be put in and basically wont do anything for me. months later still noise filed a complaint to GM ad nothing back yet after a month or more. im done with GM and done with Depaula just spent $60k in a 4 month period. i really think the service dept has gone down hill since the previous shop manger retired i honestly think i was lied to also because what the invoices said and what i was told verbally by service manager Dennis. stay away from this dealership. i keep on hearing the service Dept here sucks so many issues. once they get your money they screw you over. my remember all my salesman stating give him a good review I'm not done with trying to get gm to fix this issue take it to another Chevrolet dealership. do yourself a favor dont buy or go here for service less headaches.... purchased a new 2022 malibu headache since day one. i have taken to service now 4 times in 2 months been i garage more then i have had it. a noise coming from the back which that cant say what the prob i have taken to service now 4 times in 2 months been i garage more then i have had it. a noise coming from the back which that cant say what the problem is but says its safe to drive it?/ hmm if the service people cant say what it is then how can you tell me its safe. its a brand new car and so much of a issue to fix. I'm very dispointed with Depaula service department I have gone to complain to Vice President now of operation lets see if he gets anything done. in mean time I have a car that i'm refuse to drive it until its fixed right. if cant fix refund my money sales guy has even stopped helping me i feel. i'm done with Depaula and if VP dont due anything time to make complaint with GM and BBB and Federal Trade Commission and get lawyer involved. hope it does not come to that... More
