A very refreshing change from how I was treated at other Dealerships. An extremely pleasant experience from my first contact with Courtney and further on in the process with Jake and finally with Tom. I tr Dealerships. I enjoyed buying my truck, just felt like I had to pushed for what I wanted.The price was good for the truck, but they left no bargaining lead way on it. I even asked for them to put in a bed liner, since yo for what I wanted.The price was good for the truck, but they left no bargaining lead way on it. I even asked for them to put in a bed liner, since you have them in your parts store, but was told no.The truck was advertised having a bed liner, but there was none when I looked at truck. This is a fault on the dealership! You advertise a truck with a bed liner, you really should have it in there or offer to have one put in at no charge. Also when I traded in my truck, was offered a certain price, when the check was finally mailed to me it was lower than what was offered to me and was not even signed. When we contracted the woman in charge of sending out the check, she was nasty towards us and made it our problem to get the check back to her.Then I had to wait over a week to finally get the right amount and a signed check. I can't say how thankful it was working with Thomas, he took charge when I was about to leave the dealership without buying this truck. I know Adam is only allowed to do certain things and when it came time to get the check squared away, Adam helped me to,even after the sale. More

Overall, it was a great experience. Didn’t feel like I was having a car forced down my throat, easy to make decisions and pretty good price as well.
