I went to your dealership in 2006 to check out the Lexus vehicles. I ended up falling in love with my ES 340. I traded in my BMW and purchased my Lexus. Tom and Prituh were lifesavers! Last Friday I noticed impact bubbles on two of my mom’s tires while her car was parked in my driveway. Unfortunately, my mom had traveled to Californ Last Friday I noticed impact bubbles on two of my mom’s tires while her car was parked in my driveway. Unfortunately, my mom had traveled to California and did not leave her keys. She planned to return late on Monday and would then drive home to Milwaukee. I called Tom to see if anything could be done and he came up with the perfect solution! He sent a valet, Prituh, to remove the driver’s side wheels to take them back to the dealership where they installed and balanced new tires. Prituh then returned later that day to remount the wheels. A huge thanks to both Tom and Prituh for their quick thinking, problem solving, and prompt actions to remedy the issue. I’m super grateful that they went above and beyond to ensure that my mom could drive home safely and without the risk of one or both tires blowing out. A five star experience for sure!!! More
