I had a recall on a fuel pump on my two year old ES and they said it would take 5 hours for repairs. I made a 7:00am. Appointment so I would get home early before rush hour traffic. The waiting room clean and plenty of snacks and coffee machines as several televisions and comfortable chairs to make time fly by in comfort. More

My RX was in for a fuel pump replacement. Upon picking up my car, I found that the baby seat installed in the back was disconnected - without my knowledge. This posed a serious safety problem as I expecte up my car, I found that the baby seat installed in the back was disconnected - without my knowledge. This posed a serious safety problem as I expected to use the seat for my grandson after picking up the car. I was later told that the rear seat had to be removed to replace the fuel pump. Had I been told of this when making the appointment or bringing in the car, I would have scheduled the maintenance differently. It was a big problem requiring to make a significant change in my evening plans until my son could come out a reinstall the baby seat. More
