I came from 2.5hrs away just to purchase from Lou Fusz & Gus Loftis went above & beyond to make it a fast, successful exper they were just fantastic! I came from 2.5hrs away just to purchase from Lou Fusz & Gus Loftis went above & beyond to make it a fast, successful experience- not only did Gus stay late to accommodate my schedule, he came to the rescue when my car battery died when I got to the dealership (battery died in old car, not the new car!) Gus got my battery jumped, washed my car & even put gas in my car when he noticed I was on E! It's little things like that that really set Gus &Lou Fusz apart! Gus was so helpful & took the time to assist & answer all my questions- plus he had everything ready to go & had us in & out in less than 2hrs since he knew we had such a long travel time to return home.
