We have been a Herb Chambers Lexus for 15 years so when it was time to purchase a new car we only went to Herb Chambers in Hingham. The service department is excellent, friendly and easy to work with - Tom it was time to purchase a new car we only went to Herb Chambers in Hingham. The service department is excellent, friendly and easy to work with - Tom has been our service consultant for many years. Mark Hausman was an our sale representative. As thier ad says - Mark did not sell a us a car he helped us buy the right one for us. Mark was very professional, has a command of the Lexus RK 350 mechanically and all the new technology. Mark took ample time with us to explain all of the features of our new car. We immediately felt comfortable with Mark and trusted him to guide us to make the right decision for our next car. We would highly recommend Mark and enjoyed our experience. More

The service provided by Herb Chambers is outstanding. Tom is very efficient and he takes the time to answer questions and explain everything in great detail making me confident that the work will be done Tom is very efficient and he takes the time to answer questions and explain everything in great detail making me confident that the work will be done right. Sending a video while the vehicle is being worked on is a great touch. My husband and I purchased both of our Lexus’ at a different dealership but choose to have them serviced at Herb Chambers in Hingham. We will be in the market for a new Lexus next year and we will trust Herb Chambers with the sale. Thank you! More

Had my first service with my first Lexus today! I was blown away by how seamless the process was. I opted for the concierge option since I do live a distance from the dealership. Communication ex I was blown away by how seamless the process was. I opted for the concierge option since I do live a distance from the dealership. Communication exceeded expectations. Texting made it super easy to coordinate. Loaner was amazing and my car came back pristine. Just more validation as to why I will be a Lexus owner for life ( prior MB driver) More
