Tom Mccafferty in service on SAT 6-14-25 at 1 pm. Loaner ready and picked up my car at 3:30!!!!. I work Sat. so this was great!!! A 2021 350 Hybred used which I enjoy but too techy and my wife w Loaner ready and picked up my car at 3:30!!!!. I work Sat. so this was great!!! A 2021 350 Hybred used which I enjoy but too techy and my wife will not drive!! I need more dealer training. Sales training poor. I am 85 so this is part of the issue. If you have another I would buy but much less techy for my wife. Jerry & Claire Mello More

Just finished our second maintenance service at Herb Chambers of Hingham and we are very pleased. No hype, no muss, no fuss appointment. Love the video inspection report you get. Once again, a pleasant and seamless visit to have my RX450 Hybrid serviced. My car was due for one of its complimentary checkups. It's really gratifying to be treated like a valued customer, and that's the way I feel every time I visit Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. Beginning with a friendly greeting from Scott in the service bay to sitting down with my regular Service Advisor, Tom McCafferty, to discuss what I should expect, all went without a hitch. My appointment started on time and was completed in a totally timely manner. Tom kept me informed of my car's status during the visit. I especially appreciated the video view of the underside, wheels and brake areas of the car while the service was in progress--a nice, informative touch while I was in the cafe area. Thank you, Tom, and the Service Department. I know where I'll be buying my next Lexus, and, for sure, I know where I will be getting it serviced...... More
