Stay away from this place This place is all about sneaking warrentys in your purchase . They put a $3388 warranty on my car without ever asking me that I found out later from t This place is all about sneaking warrentys in your purchase . They put a $3388 warranty on my car without ever asking me that I found out later from the bank that my loan was for over 20k when it should of been 17k like I was told by the dealer. They put the warranty in very small print and do not tell you they added it and do not tell you what it includes. They also would rather not sell you the car if you do catch the warranty they sneak in. Better of going to a different dealer then these xxxx bags More

Bad customer service I called Thomas Kerr about a Ford truck. I told him I wouldn't be able to make it up tI'll around 5-530. I had emailed him and told him after I made arrangements for someone to watch my kids that I was coming to purchase the truck and he informed me that he sold it. A courtesy call stating that someone was looking at or interested in the truck besides myself before I came up there would have been not only professional but would have ensured my future business with your dealership.
