What a wonderful, positive experience. ..and scary lol. It had been a couple decades at least, since I had a new vehicle. I LOVED my big truck, but knew he was getting to have more problems ..and scary lol. It had been a couple decades at least, since I had a new vehicle. I LOVED my big truck, but knew he was getting to have more problems then not. Thomas Jordan (salesman) helped me with looking at a couple vehicles but I just wasn't ready to commit at the time. I also wasn't for sure what I was even 'looking' for. A couple months went by and I went back and found my 'perfect' fit. Thomas helped me out again and even went with me on the test drive...brave man. So many new gadgets but Thomas was very helpful. To make matters even better and much more reassuring, Keith Peer, the Used Car manager came in and immediately made me feel at ease. NO pressure, kind, informative, patient. My fears were being addressed and I felt very at ease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Silverberg, the General Manager. Another wonderful, easy to talk to, reassuring person. My 'scared' self was now happy and relaxed knowing that these guys had my back if I needed anything. Quick shout out to Tony Gomez, he was fast and efficient and very busy. BIG KUDOS to John Elway Chevrolet for having such great, kind people. I appreciated each and every one of you. More

Called twice to ensure the truck was there at the dealership before I drove 1hr from my home, set a appointment at 930 mon with Thomas to show me this truck. Thomas never showed and I waited at the dealership until after 11am no one could find the truck, and no Thomas . I stayed in the area all day of this dealership, with the promise from Jake that some one would call me back about this truck. They never called back!! I called them back twice and received the run around of bs and broken promises about them calling me back about the truck ! I had the cash in hand ready to buy. Sad loss for them and there poor professionalism. More

Rookies....Unprofessional 1. Wed. 9/7/17. I requested an online quote for a vehicle I wanted to buy. 2. Thurs. I received an emailed with a detailed quote. A. I am pre 1. Wed. 9/7/17. I requested an online quote for a vehicle I wanted to buy. 2. Thurs. I received an emailed with a detailed quote. A. I am pre approved and my bank has already made contact with them. 3. Fri. 10 calls later to the dealership (I made), 4 quotes later, and at 6pm the Internet sales manager say something along the line of, oops...my badd.. I thought we were talking about a different vehicle....what a joke!! More

Shady shady dealer. Their words mean nothing. Would rate zero if I could. I live out of state (UT) and found a decent priced vehicle with John Elway. Because I live out of state, I could not go se Would rate zero if I could. I live out of state (UT) and found a decent priced vehicle with John Elway. Because I live out of state, I could not go see the car right away. I put a deposit down on the vehicle that the dealership told me repeatedly was going to be enough to reserve the car for a week or so (first time I could get to CO to look at it). After a couple days, they begin demanding more money and threatening that the car will be sent to auction if I don't put more money down. I refused because I had not yet even seen the car, plus the original, agreed upon deposit was supposed to be enough to reserve the car (so they claimed). The day before I was going to leave UT for CO, I notice the car had been taken off their website. I had to contact them to get the news that the car had been sent to auction, they couldn't even be bothered to let me know that themselves. This is the first instance of them reneging on their agreement. After getting in touch with a manger, and complaining, I finally got them to agree to get the car back (at a discount for all the hassle). I left for CO immediately after that conversation. After a 9 hour drive and arriving in CO at about 3 am, I get a call the next morning (the morning I was going to look at the car) that the car had been sold already the night before. Again, they couldn't be bothered to let me know the car was sold, and wasted me time and money getting to CO. But more importantly, they AGAIN went back on their word. This dealership is the shadiest I have ever experienced. The will take your money and still send your car to auction. I cannot recommend STAYING AWAY from this dealership more. Their word is hallow, they will screw you over again and again. More
