Tom communicated VERY well. 2 headlight bulbs & install @$1400.OUTRAGOUS! I should have been offered a loaner car, I waited 4 hours and have full coverage warrantee. The price 2 headlight bulbs & install @$1400.OUTRAGOUS! I should have been offered a loaner car, I waited 4 hours and have full coverage warrantee. The price I was charged was AWFUL. If not for Tom and his attention I would have lost it in the showroom! I'm still VERY unhappy with the charge when I paid and financed top warrantee when I bought the Jeep. $1400. was a rip off! More
