Great experience! !!! Drove three hours and was treated like kings. Joe, our salesman was awesome and Sara in Finance was outstanding. We will be back!!!!! Joe took car !!! Joe took care of me from the day I inquired about the vehicle on line. Even the day he was off he continued to work for me. Sara was great in Finance, very personable and professional. She explained every detail, and even had a conversation with Thomas Hyman regarding a down payment and he was very helpful. When your in the market to buy, this is the exact service you expect and my wife and I received. Thanks again , Scott & Melanie More

This dealership is worth zero - 0 - stars. Not even 1. Unfortunately, I must give them one measly star to write this review. I purchased an expensive car from Hyman Autos in January, only to find out t Unfortunately, I must give them one measly star to write this review. I purchased an expensive car from Hyman Autos in January, only to find out the engine has a crack in it. Too expensive to repair, so I am taking a hit on it. Have reached out to Thomas - the owner's son - and Jared - Salesman - and have not heard back from either of them. Not even a call to follow-up. If the owner's son does not return a call, then that tells you this dealership seems unethical and seems to not stand by its product. I recommend you steer clear of all Hyman Autos dealerships. If the owner's son does not try to rectify a situation with a customer that gave him a great deal on a trade-in and purchased his "lemon" at full asking price, then that tells you the tone at the top is rotten. You’ve been warned! More

Very disappointed with service I hesitated and waited a few weeks before writing this review so it wasn’t written with emotions but just the facts. I purchased a Tahoe Ltz on Jan 29 I hesitated and waited a few weeks before writing this review so it wasn’t written with emotions but just the facts. I purchased a Tahoe Ltz on Jan 29th this year. I came in for my 30 day detail and mention how rough the ride was. I did not bring in for service. I was told it was just the size of your tires (22”) so I let it go. So at the beginning of May I brought the truck in this time for the ac not working and again mention how bumpy the ride was and again kinda just blown off. A week later I was back in for the ac and spoke to another service guy and again I asked about his thoughts on why it rides so rough. To no surprise again it’s the tires. No one ever said let us take a look. The first week of June not even 6 months into this vehicle I took it to Haley cheverolet to have it looked at. I spoke directly with the two mechanics and was told ALL FOUR shocks and struts were completely gone and felt they had been for some time. I took the information and the estimate of 2800 to hyman to see if they would do the right thing and fix it. I even offered to split the price. Both sales managers agreed but needed to get this approved by mr Hyman. To much disappointed I received a call that said they would not help with the cost at all and it was my responsibility. Before I could get this repaired the drivers seat springs were going bad. I decided this truck just had too many issues to only have 6 months I tried several times to work this with Hyman brothers to no avail. I went back to Haley who has always been extremely accommodating and they found me the exact vehicle but a Denali so I traded it in and I could not be happier. I will never shop with Hyman again. I left a few message for mr Hyman to call to discuss but was not surprised I never heard. I tell my story to whoever will listen so In hopes no one will have to go through my experience and total disregard for their customers at hyman brothers midlothian. I will forever be a Haley customer as they made this right and I didn’t even buy the vehicle from them. Please beware More

Service adviser, Roger Parker Roger is fantastic to work with. He listens, tenacious in solving problems, trustworthy and truly cares about what he does. I would never take my car Roger is fantastic to work with. He listens, tenacious in solving problems, trustworthy and truly cares about what he does. I would never take my car elsewhere or purchase a car from another dealership because of the quality of the service team. Everyone is so nice. Roger stops at nothing to make sure the customer is happy. More
