Price Leblanc Nissan service department took care of my car service needs quickly and efficiently. I called to make an appointment and was given additional service recommendations based on my car’s mileage car service needs quickly and efficiently. I called to make an appointment and was given additional service recommendations based on my car’s mileage. I was also given an appointment and estimate to the cost of the services. On the day of service, I was greeted by service members and shown to the waiting area. The car service needs were taken care of while I waited. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the free coffee and WiFi. I liked that there were cubicles for customers who wanted to work remotely. In addition, I appreciated the follow up email from Mr. Cocke in which he asked about my experience at the dealership. More

It is very easy to make an appointment and they can usually get me in fairly quickly. Easy check-in process, they stay in communication with me while I’m in the waiting room and give me my options abou usually get me in fairly quickly.
