I had a slight hiccup with regard to my service appointment date. Seems like it was scheduled a week later than I had requested. The Service Director, based out of Newport beach, Ca, intervened, an appointment date. Seems like it was scheduled a week later than I had requested. The Service Director, based out of Newport beach, Ca, intervened, and although my preferred appointment date was not available, I did go in a week later. First class service from the greeter to the service writer, to the rental/loaner staff. My car was not only washed, it was fully detailed. I am nearing the end of my second lease through FJ Imports, and will be looking forward to #3. More

Ten stars! Purchasing a vehicle is challenging enough for a buyer but purchasing during an epidemic, where both buyer and seller are in unfamiliar territory, can Purchasing a vehicle is challenging enough for a buyer but purchasing during an epidemic, where both buyer and seller are in unfamiliar territory, can be outright intimidating. Thankfully I had Thomas Bucca assisting me with my purchase. I selected two CPO vehicles from fjimports.com to view and when I arrived at the dealership Thomas had them parked out front, cleaned and sanitized so I could experience each without worry. Remaining outside of the vehicles and maintaining social distance Thomas explained all of the special features of each and helped me understand what does what and why. He was attentive, answering all of my questions clearly and was very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or rushed. I declined a test drive (solo) since I had owned a similar model and made my decision, selecting a GLS. The trade-in process, sale paperwork and contract went as expected, no unpleasant surprises (two thumbs up to Finance Manager Doris). Everything was transparent and quick. After I took the GLS home I noticed a few small cosmetic issues and emailed Thomas to see if they could be repaired. He promptly responded and set up an appointment to have them fixed. I just picked up the vehicle from service (thank you Service Advisor Jolene) and I cannot tell any repairs have been done. It looks showroom new. I’m very pleased. Fletcher Jones Las Vegas represents the Mercedes Benz brand well. Thank you to Thomas and Fletcher Jones. I would give you ten stars if I could! More
