Tom Bob was excellent. .He was the salesperson .But i can not say the same for Jerry.I have not seen a finance guy this incompetent.Maybe he was trying to cheat. He pressure .He was the salesperson .But i can not say the same for Jerry.I have not seen a finance guy this incompetent.Maybe he was trying to cheat. He pressure me to purchase warranty etc. for two hours. He took the enjoyment's out of buying a new car. After that he made a 3000 dollar mistake in the paperwork.I caught that mistake.Meanwile he put the car's price wrong on the paperwork.I saw that at home.So it took him more than 2 weeks to fix the paperwork. After bunch of phone calls..Thanks to Tom helping and solving the problem.I think i see dishonesty here.It was a very disappointing buying experience thanks to Jerry..Update I purchased the Suv April28,25.They paid off June6.I end up paying late fees. You can not talk to General manager, they won't let you. What happened the transparency,I think Jerry did this on purpose after i posted my comment. He is prejiduce.Again thanks to Tom Bobb helping me out on this situation.. Let me start by saying I am fully reviewing my full experience. aspects were great. some ruined it for all. Sales/Financing - Amazing. Tom Bobb did a fantastic job with the sales portion and the f experience. aspects were great. some ruined it for all. Sales/Financing - Amazing. Tom Bobb did a fantastic job with the sales portion and the finance department was phenomenal. Tom Bobb is a very personable sales rep who makes sure you know what you are getting and takes time to explain value and features. Finance (I feel bad I forgot his name) took their time explaining coverages and warranties and made the process as smooth as buying a new car could be. I have purchased about 5 new cars in my life and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Parts/accessories - I ordered floor mats and some other accessories to go with the new vehicle - great ordering experience. The floor mats... eh. I should have went with weathertech instead of the ford branded ones but that was my call and I'll live with that decision. Weathertech feel much better quality for me, but they're mats and they'll do. Now here is where you need to stick with me because I am going to sound a bit diva-ish. Service - Today I went to pick up my plates, mats, etc. I went in around 4 on a Thursday - the dealership as you would expect was not busy due to the day of the week. My sales rep was off today and so was the accessories guy. One of the sales managers helped me get the mats and stuff. I was literally bragging to him that the process has been the smoothest I've ever had. Didn't offer to put the mats in - I can live with that absolutely. Wanted to vacuum out the floors before putting them in anyway. He did offer to put the plates on - but here comes the downfall. I asked about one of my key fobs - for some reason it wasn't working. I was 95% confident it was just a dead battery. Having bought the car two weeks ago I didn't test both fobs - and again. That piece is on me. He said that I needed to go over to the service department and they could help me out with it. Totally fine, get it. He also said they could put the plates on. Cool. Drive around the block back around to the service side - here's where things get a bit stupid. I go in the service office and there are a handful of guys there doing what I assume is paperwork - which is fine. One of the guys asks what I need and I explained I bought the car about 2ish weeks ago and one of the fobs doesn't work - likely a battery that needs replacing and if someone wanted to put my plates on that would be great otherwise I can just do that myself. He said. Sales sent you over here? Yes, they did. He said who is your sales guy? I said he wasn't there today but I just needed a battery for a key fob. He then said... well. if you want to go back around to our parts department they can sell you a battery and then come back over here and I'll put it in for you.. that would save you like 40 bucks. EXCUSE ME. I just bought this car... just gave your dealership a ****load of money and you'd really say something like that? What is going on here. So I said okay, I was hoping someone could just switch it out. Literally two week old car here. He said because my sales guy wasn't there it would turn into a we owe they owe thing... whatever the xxxx that means. and I said... okay so what am I supposed to do now? He said go around the block over to the parts people and get a battery and come back over and I'll put it in for you. (I remind you they're all just there. no customers in service at this time). I said okay, I'm probably not doing that but thanks. Got in my car and left. WHAT. IS. GOING. ON? I just gave your DEALERSHIP about 40K for a new car. Just because my sales rep isn't here means I get no help? On a very minor issue on a car that is about 2 weeks old? I left fuming. Told you it was a bit diva-ish. It's a battery. I will get my own battery and replace it. It's not a big deal. The big deal is no one here wanted to help someone who just spent a crapload of money. All this fuming and a bad review over what would have taken 10 min maybe. More

We were misled and deceived with what we believe were fraudulent photos of the interior of a vehicle, which we were led to believe we would be purchasing! There were multiple misrepresentations made by fraudulent photos of the interior of a vehicle, which we were led to believe we would be purchasing! There were multiple misrepresentations made by the dealership's representatives, including the failure to disclose, prior to purchase, that if we bought certain treatments, it would void their seven day return policy. Had we been notified by the finance manager when he was recommending we purchase the treatments, that they would void the return policy, we would not have purchased them. We were not provided the return policy disclosure for review and acknowledgement until after the treatments had been applied! More
