Tom Bicknell and Emily Buckel treated me like a family member! They made me feel like I was their only customer! Tom went out of his way to quickly find my GT Mach-e and spent a lot of time with me! The fact that he is the General Manager and would take such extra time to treat me like king was especially impressive. Emily gave me all the time needed to understand the comprehensive features of the car and still gave me her cell number to call with follow-up questions. Without her after the sale attention I would not have been enjoying my car as much as I am!! ALL AMAZING!! More

Owner response to my google review was untrue and said it is first come first serve. I had Salesperson tag vehicle in system first today. General Mgr had him remove it because of over MSRP offer today. Ma is first come first serve. I had Salesperson tag vehicle in system first today. Bottom line it poor integrity to reserve an incoming vehicle and then take away reservation for an above MSRP offer. More

We had an amazingly positive experience with Briarwood Ford. They retrieved the exact 2013 F-150 we were looking from a dealer about 50 miles away and held it on their lot for almost a month while we got Ford. They retrieved the exact 2013 F-150 we were looking from a dealer about 50 miles away and held it on their lot for almost a month while we got our paperwork together. When the truck was delivered it was spotless and had a full tank of gas that showed over 500 miles until empty. David Crisp, our salesman, understands the Sync system very well and spent over an hour showing us everything the truck could do. The sales manager Tom Bicknell made the entire process very easy and made sure all the paperwork was taken care of before we arrived. We spent less than 20 minutes completing the transaction. Briarwood is a great local dealer who always has someone there to help you when you arrive. They will also leave you alone if you just want to look around. We have had a great experience with Paul Mazarro in the service department. Paul really cares that you get what you need when you need it. He stayed in touch with us everyday while our previous truck was in for service so we knew exactly what was going on and when to expect it. He explains what is needed to fix the vehicle and won't try to sell you something you don't need. Paul is a real car guy and we don't mind going in for service because it's always been a good experience. More

My family has done business with Briarwood Ford for over a decade. We currently have four Ford vehicles in our family all purchased through Briarwood. This includes my 90 year old mother and 18 year old son. The strongest testimoney to our loyalty is that this dealership is 20 miles from my home and almost 40 from my mothers. We have to pass three Ford dealerships in order to get to Briarwood. We are always greeted by name and made to feel like they're happy to see us. I've never ever been pressured to make a decision. We feel completely confident that our best interest is the most important factor. Our all "5" rating is based on Briarwood having earned that right! I would highly recommend Briarwood Ford for buying or leasing a Ford product. The experience we had at Briarwood was a great one. The other thing we liked about our experience was the personal and friendly way we were dealt with. It felt like we were good friends with both gentlemen by the time we left with our new Focus.
