Worst experience I have had buying a car. They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. Said they would repossess the car if I didn’t do the process their way They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. This place is full of crap; they sell you vehicles; insurance and a dream on vehicles that should not be legal to drive off the lot. Briana, the finance manager is a scam artist; I attempted to cancel insurance and a dream on vehicles that should not be legal to drive off the lot. Briana, the finance manager is a scam artist; I attempted to cancel gap coverage, signed the paperwork however keep getting the run around regarding the credit to the car payment from her and the so called sales manager. This place is a joke. Let me start with the transmission went out on the truck after having it one month. The ignition box behind the back seat went out at six months. That part was over $1000 and the transmission was $7500. Now recently the covers they put over the rocker panels and bed wheel wells fell off we didn't know they were aftermarket everything is rotted out. We owe $17k and it's only valued at $6k. The drivers side running board is falling and found that what was covering the underside was also hiding rust rot. The truck is falling apart, they scammed us. Sold us a covered up xxx rust bucket for a butt load of money. Byers Be Ware. I would steer clear of this place they are not professional and do not sell good vehicles. JUNK xxx RUST PILES. This xxx will not live until the end of the loan. I don't know about anyone else, but we work hard for what little we have. We can't afford to buy new, and to be taken advantage of like this is underhanded, illegal and frankly very unprofessional. More
