Please Do Not Purchase Any Vehicle I contacted the dealership today to set up a time to look at this 4runner. I had some concerns with the description of the 4Runner. It was advertised as a 2020 TRD O dealership today to set up a time to look at this 4runner. I had some concerns with the description of the 4Runner. It was advertised as a 2020 TRD Off Road premium. After looking at the vehicle. I conferred with a Toyota rep we concluded it was a Limited Nightshade version and not at all a TRD. The overall vehicle was not in a state that should have been viewed by any customer. It truly looked like it wasn’t prep. Tar and road debris was still covering the body. Discussed my concerns with the salesperson and then manager. The manager was not apologetic of the misrepresentation and was very rude and asked me to leave if I wasn’t purchasing the vehicle. This deceptive attempt to maximize savings on a higher trim level and then telling myself you’re getting the best deal didn’t sit well with me. Typically the difference between a TRD Off Road and Limited is about $2500 for this year. They attempted to show the carfax showing the TRD level and I asked to view the title. The Michigan title only said Toyota 4Runner. Not TRD nor Limited. I’ve purchased 22 vehicles over my lifetime and I’ve never been treated this rudely. More

Worst experience I have had buying a car. They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. Said they would repossess the car if I didn’t do the process their way They messed up the title and registration process for an out of state buyer. This place is full of crap; they sell you vehicles; insurance and a dream on vehicles that should not be legal to drive off the lot. This place is a joke. Let me start with the transmission went out on the truck after having it one month. The ignition box behind the back seat went out at six months. That part was over $1000 and the transmission was $7500. Now recently the covers they put over the rocker panels and bed wheel wells fell off we didn't know they were aftermarket everything is rotted out. We owe $17k and it's only valued at $6k. The drivers side running board is falling and found that what was covering the underside was also hiding rust rot. The truck is falling apart, they scammed us. Sold us a covered up xxx rust bucket for a butt load of money. Byers Be Ware. I would steer clear of this place they are not professional and do not sell good vehicles. JUNK xxx RUST PILES. This xxx will not live until the end of the loan. I don't know about anyone else, but we work hard for what little we have. We can't afford to buy new, and to be taken advantage of like this is underhanded, illegal and frankly very unprofessional. More
