I received excellent service from this dealership. Bradley McKenzie was my sales person and he did an awesome job at getting me in the right vehicle. Due to an accident and dealing with insurance, the Bradley McKenzie was my sales person and he did an awesome job at getting me in the right vehicle. Due to an accident and dealing with insurance, the buying process was strung out over three months. The dealership kept in contact with me throughout and was always very friendly and patient. I would definitely recommend and use Fitzgerald again. More

Liv and the whole staff who supported us in our purchase was amazing! Liz came out instantly on one of the windiest days in April and assisted first thing in the morning. We hit it off instantly browsing th was amazing! Liz came out instantly on one of the windiest days in April and assisted first thing in the morning. We hit it off instantly browsing through the lot , then we went inside to look up what could be a good fit for our family. We were a bit worried we wouldn’t be able to get our second vehicle …but she literally did everything she could to make it happen. Thomas came in and assisted and we were on track! We ended up getting our vehicle on our second days visit and have been so fulfilled since! Thank you Liv, Thomas, and everyone else that played part in our Fitzgerald experience. We will definitely be referring as many family and friends as we can. We will also be back in the future to get our bigger vehicle(Jeremy is hoping for the Outback) lol. Thank you for everything! On the phone, the salesman didn’t know the difference between.a hybrid and a plug-in hybrid. We really wanted that particular car so went ahead anyway. I get that it was a used car outside the makes and between.a hybrid and a plug-in hybrid. We really wanted that particular car so went ahead anyway. I get that it was a used car outside the makes and models they usually handle, but the utter unfamiliarity with the vehicle he was selling was painful to see. Then, we carefully provided all needed documents in advance because we had over an hour’s drive to reach them. Despite this, and a full cash purchase, the deal took nearly 4 hours to complete. And we did not test drive the car. Four days after the deal, we are still waiting for the delivery of the sales documents which were promised by email upon our completion of the contract. The salesman was too busy being “friendly” in the way of all car salesmen to be efficient in handling the customer and respecting our time. More
