From the time we walked in the door until we walked out we were treated professionally and personally. But, the biggest reason we are so pleased with BMW Freehold is our salesman Tom Andia. As we sat in his cubicle he showed us every car in your inventory that we could possibly be interested in. We came into your dealership very interested in one car but walked out purchasing another car we liked better. We were in your showroom from 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm in order to complete the transaction. Tom was very personable, friendly and genuinely interested in helping us. Tom made the experience a wonderful experience. Thank you BMW Freehold for helping us find a car. More
