Each spent more time than they had to providing information, answering questions and even some small talk. Did a great job of presenting information without the typical sales pitches and pressure. Got a great deal on a hard to find low milage, F250 heavy duty truck. Feel that I got a great value for the dollar compared to other vehicles that I found on the internet. Nathan kept we updated every couple of weeks as to the status of the truck order. Once it did come in, the process to finalize the order was so smooth. Theresa in the finance office went over my options for additional equipment (like a bedliner and undercoating) and extended warranties. She was informative, but not pushy at all. A great experience from start to finish. As the commercial goes, "Ford has great heritage and Heritage has great Fords." More
