After speaking with Theresa and then a few other dealerships, it was clear to me that Theresa and Nutley Kia is a different type of dealership. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy a car when I spoke t dealerships, it was clear to me that Theresa and Nutley Kia is a different type of dealership. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy a car when I spoke to Theresa initially, I told her that I would not buy from anyone else and I meant it. I just finalized the purchase and I couldn’t be happier! I have 2 toddlers at home and a busy job with limited time to be at the dealership so Theresa and Maria made sure the process was expedited for me and had much of what I needed to finalize done and ready for me when I arrived. They also appraised my old car and offered me more than any of the other dealerships, again not playing the usual games of trying to gauge how much I wanted for it. I was so impressed with how straightforward the dealership and the salesman, Chaz, was, that I decided to purchase the vehicle through them right away.
