Salesguys were nice enough but the entire experience has been a headache. I'm an out-of-state buyer. They had the vehicle listed for a fair price so I really didn't haggle much on the price. We agreed on a price and I traveled to Bellingham to complete the purchase. When I got there, additional fees were sprung on me for being from out-of-state and then they initially refused to fill the gas tank on the car being purchased. I was told, "We sell cars, not gas". Yes, I realize that fact but it's a courtesy for your customers. Next I was told they weren't going to handle the license and registration despite charging me $600 to do so. Whatever. I went back to my home state DMV and was told that I could not do it myself and that my lienholder would need to submit it. Fine... except that they took the money to do the work and my bank wasn't going to fund the loan until they agreed to handle the titling or refunded the money they charged. They agreed to file the paperwork but communication after the fact has been rough. I've had to hunt them down to get any answers and it has been difficult to actually get ahold of them when I call. When the woman who handles the titling finally called me back yesterday, I was told that even if my paperwork doesn't process before my trip permits end, it's okay because I won't get pulled over for having an expired trip permit. Will she be paying my ticket for the delay if I do? Overall, the deal on the vehicle was pretty good. They did eventually agree to fill the gas tank for my trip home. I suppose I will eventually get my registration and plates. It's just been a frustrating experience and I will likely never use them for another purchase. Having gone through many other dealerships that have a bit more focus on customer satisfaction, it blows my mind that these jokers think so little of the people funding their commissions. More

Dealer ship would not respond or help with hidden issues, finance guy told us Gap was included in loan and didn't disclose price of $999.00 and didn't give us any of the paperwork that breaks down the loan. finance guy told us Gap was included in loan and didn't disclose price of $999.00 and didn't give us any of the paperwork that breaks down the loan. Also didn't go over added warranty just added it to the loan without going over options. We are very honest people and just feel this dealership was not the same. More

The car had an exhaust completely dislocated causing a code for a bad catalytic converter the code was erased and not repaired disclosed. Bellingham Nissan gave me an inspection report with several issue as simple as an air cleaner and they would not repair or replace, to me this is bad business and this business I will never recommend. At the very least sell a used car that people don't have to immediately spend more money on like I did, all they do is turn and burn. I called and asked for help with these matters only to be turned away, just another shady dealership stay away. More

Also giving a verbal quote on extended warranty and charged a different amount on paperwork. We had to go back to resign the incorrect paperwork. Management said the paperwork was correct, it wasn’t and no apology was given. Also, I bought an AWD car. The dealership only replace 1 tire. You can do that on an AWD car, it can ruin the drive train. Also the car had an awful smell to it, which they tried to hide instead of taking care of the problem with an ozone machine. More
