I brought my vehicle into the dealership for a warranty repair . The dealership decided to keep my vehicle for 5 weeks, and then proceeded to give me my car back in worse condition than I had dropped it of repair . The dealership decided to keep my vehicle for 5 weeks, and then proceeded to give me my car back in worse condition than I had dropped it off . My car was screaming at me when I picked it up to tell me it had no oil. My tires were bald , even though I had changed them a few months prior . My back door broke , my breaks needed replacing , my tint was messed up beyond repair, my air conditioner didn’t seem to work anymore, and several other issues. The customer service and employees that helped me were some of the worst human beings I have ever come across . They screened my calls when calling to follow up on the progress of my vehicle. They were rude , and short , and ultimately unhelpful . And finally they are reporting falsely the maintenance on my vehicle on CARFAX to depreciate my vehicle even more. If I could give 0 stars I would . And I would HIGHLY suggest anyone who has a brain cell avoid this business like the plague it is on our community . I will make sure anyone I know , will never be doing business with them . More

Worst customer service experience I've had in over a decade. Chris Watson was the representative, and the service was unacceptable. They kept our car for weeks after initially saying it would take just decade. Chris Watson was the representative, and the service was unacceptable. They kept our car for weeks after initially saying it would take just a few days. To make matters worse, they didn't even fix the issue—the car still has the same problem. On top of that, dealing with them for a rental car was a complete nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. More

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in over a decade. Chris Watson (worst rep) and Tevin Carter (gave negative attitude) were the staff members I dealt with, and the service experienced in over a decade. Chris Watson (worst rep) and Tevin Carter (gave negative attitude) were the staff members I dealt with, and the service was beyond disappointing. Their day manager, Yitzhake Ramirez was also unhelpful. Never spoke to Alex Robles. They promised the car would be ready in a few days but ended up keeping it for weeks. Even after all that time, the issue wasn’t fixed: the car still has the same problem. The process of arranging a rental car was a mess from Kia rep side and extremely poorly handled. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. More
