Ok. I feel short changed on that’s on Star deal. I travel. Which is why I bought this nicer truck. I’m on back roads a lot. If I were to have an accident the on star could be the difference in saving my life. So you make this right I’ll change the star rating and feel better about this whole situation. Well it’s like I’ve stated. My on star doesn’t work. It’s a safety feature that I wanted when I bought this truck. Also when I came for oil change and tire rotation. The tires were not rotated. I feel as though with how much I spent to buy this truck these issues should be address and fixed.

I have repeatedly tried to communicate with your staff. I have been told so many times that I will be called back. Mike Battle is the worst and will not communicate, will not answer or return calls or emails! My brakes literally went out on the car I bought here (due to a crap brake job done by your technician) nearly causing a serious accident with myself and MY CHILDREN in the car and Mike didn’t seem to care at all. From the time I traded my car in (Oct 25th) until early December I was without a car completely due to the crap cars you guys sold me! Your dealership refused to get me a loaner or a rental, leaving me without a vehicle with three children! The car you sold me is STILL having issues, but I’m honestly terrified to let your staff even touch it. Matt in service used to communicate with me, and now he won’t either. He refused to replace the wheel on my vehicle that is damaged due to the horrible brake job that your technician did. Everything to do with Serra has been awful!!!!
