Our experience working with Rachel was great. Our car was stuck in shipping and inspection and she kept us up to date with frequent updates. I just bought a new car from Wilde and it was a bad experience. Issues included: 1. Dishonest. To justify a low trade in offer they made up mechanical issue with my car. Then when I suggested I’d ca experience. Issues included: 1. Dishonest. To justify a low trade in offer they made up mechanical issue with my car. Then when I suggested I’d cancel the trade their sales manager threatened to raise the new car price because they “advertised the wrong price” and thought they could make up the money on the trade in. They also forgot to include a $1500 rebate in my initial purchase agreement. Good thing I saw the error. 2. Poor Communication. I live over an hour away so wanted to close the deal that day. To avoid a second trip I accepted the low trade offer. It was only after I signed the purchase agreement that the sales manager came out to tell me they couldn’t finalize everything that day and that I’d have to come back again. 3. Not COVID Safe. The sales rep I worked with kept his mask below his nose even after I asked him to cover up. Many other employees had masks below the nose too. Masks don’t work like that. Have some respect for customers. More

I knew what make/model/trim I wanted, so I got around COVID-19 by having as much of the new car buying experience online. I worked with a half dozen dealers, and found Tessa at Wilde Toyota to be the COVID-19 by having as much of the new car buying experience online. I worked with a half dozen dealers, and found Tessa at Wilde Toyota to be the most responsive and on top of things. She provided me an "out the door" price and answered my questions. I appreciated that she was my single point of contact so I didn't have to answer the same questions multiple times to multiple people. At other dealers it was very painful to get an "out the door" price (if I received one at all), so I was relieved when Wilde came back with the lowest price. Prentiss helped me with the sales process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me the features, and generally moved things along. I appreciated his diligence with the preparation of the vehicle. Waqas in financing helped with all of the paperwork. He was easy to talk to and I did not feel pressured. He provided many options and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Thanks to everybody at Wilde Toyota for a positive buying experience. More
