After contacting the dealership, a sales agent, Donna Coffman, contacted me immediately. She responded quickly and answered all of our questions and concerns which eliviated some of the stress in purchasing a new vehicle. I test drove the car and just love it. It’s exactly what my mother and I need at this time in our lives. It’s a beautiful vehicle with a lot more features than I would of thought possible for the purchase amount. The management and sales agent at the dealership didn’t expend their time or ours “haggling” over small issues and we were able to purchase the vehicle within hours the same day! I think we all came out ahead on this one! So far, we just love the vehicle, appreciate the service we received, and would highly recommend all of you to someone else. Thanks for everything. There I met Donna, my salesperson who matched me up with just what I needed. I told her my budget, wants and needs, and she found what I needed on the lot. No BS, no high pressure, no long wait times. Donna was so courteous and professional. Made the deal, talked with Jason the finance manager, he showed me the terms from several different banks and credit unions and I got to pick what worked for me. In and out in less than 2 1/2 hours. I had my car and now a new to me truck at the same place. Donna went out of her way and drove my other car back to Albuquerque, while I drove the new one back. I was very pleased with the whole experience! More
