I bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL from you guys. I paid $11,000 cash. I got in the mail that something was wrong with the hood connection so I brought that back to the dealership to have it looked a I paid $11,000 cash. I got in the mail that something was wrong with the hood connection so I brought that back to the dealership to have it looked at he told me they could not have it looked at because of my car had been in a wreck, but I bought that vehicle from you. I thought it was you know Not cool to send me the information on getting the recall fixed and then I can’t get the refill fixed because before I bought it and I’ve been in a wreck you guys fixed the car sold it to me and then wouldn’t respect the recall so I’m not that happy with your service. I thought they could’ve done something for me that I bought that vehicle from you given it any damage some damage happen before it’s just a couple of screws in springs that you guys can fix but chose not to. More

I’ve been servicing my car there since 2019 and Craig was my Service Manager and he still is and I have always received 5 Star service, if I could give him more I would. This car dealership is the worst. I would never come back here to purchase a vehicle nor take my vehicle for service ever again the way I was treated as a customer was terrible. The service department supervisor lacks customer service skills. I would give him ZERO STARS. Anthony one of the advisors was a great listener and compassionate with great customer service. As far as the actual service and situation so I am so extremely disappointed in this dealership I have repeatedly brought my car back and it is a brand new car and still have no answers and still have the same problem. I have contacted Nissan corporate and hope to get farther with them. as a customer, I would not recommend Lorenzo Nissan to anyone in fact, I would tell them to stay as far away as they can. I am so disappointed that I don’t think that I will even buy another Nissan. I have least every two years and I am on my fourth Nissan. This may be the last due to this experience.
