Amazing Experience When my family decided we needed to have a second vehicle it was late on a holiday weekend. We were not sure what we were looking for and time was run When my family decided we needed to have a second vehicle it was late on a holiday weekend. We were not sure what we were looking for and time was running out. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted promptly by our sales consultant Terry, and felt right at home. We were allowed to browse and we were never rushed. All of our questions were answered and, despite it being late we were never rushed. Once we found a car we loved, we gave Terry an aggressive offer. I thought we would not be taken seriously and hurried out the door. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales manager (Joel) decided he would work with us and not against us. During the whole negotiation process, we were never rushed or pressured into anything. After we agreed on a number, we were taken care of by the finance director (Taylor), who was also amazing. Taylor explained all of our options and helped us find the best loan for our purchase. Taylor even called days later to let us know we qualified for an even lower APR. I have purchased many cars in the past, and this never happens at other dealers. Overall it was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at this dealership and would recommend Hall Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used car! More
