He was very comforting and understanding to my feelings and the situation at hand. He was very patient and eager to give me a great deal. We spent hours and days trying to make the deal happen. He gave me an assurance that if I wasn't satisfied with the purchase that he would make everything and anything possible to make me happy. He did just that. In the end I traded my vehicle as planned and kept my commitment for making the change for the better. Sales Manager was also great to work with and was honest. Great Quality People here! More

They scanned/ emailed everything that i needed very promptly without a second reminder. Would strongly recommend Terry and the Dealership. When i came to pick up the car, it only took 30 min and the car was true to expectations ( extremely clean and any issues pointed out were fixed). In my 25 years of car buying, i have not seen this level of seamless, no hassle buying ! I hope they continue with this level of sales/service. More
