OMG. Terry Capers exceeded our expectations. My husband and I did the legwork for my mother in law to find her a new vehicle while she is temporarily staying with us during the pandemic. She helps to tak and I did the legwork for my mother in law to find her a new vehicle while she is temporarily staying with us during the pandemic. She helps to take care of our daughter while we work which is a blessing. We visited 3 dealerships and it took 4 weeks for her to make a decision on which vehicle she wanted. Terry rolled out the red carpet for my mother in-law. The sales process was quick and painless. The great thing was she was able to pick up her new car on her birthday. Terry went over and beyond, he placed roses, a beautiful card, gift card, and a couple of Lexus gifts, birthday balloons and a big red bow. It was amazing to see that big smile on her face. This experience meant so much to us. The last couple of months have been stressful so this extra effort made by Terry left a great impression on us. Terry is the Man ....🙌🏾 More

They truly go out of their way to enhance the new car experience. When we entered the show room, our ES was parked in the receiving area with a nice bow and a podium congratulating us on our new car. It's small touches like this that make the buying experience so nice. We were shopping to replace a recently totaled vehicle. This went a long way to turn a bad situation into something great.
