We currently have three pets, an 8 year old Standard Poodle, named Zoie, an 11 year old cat named Sogee, and another Standard Poodle who is 6, Zanie. The Sales department rocks at this dealership. However, the Service department leaves a different experience. Recently I had been quoted for a set of 4 tires as there was a sale on. I decided to b However, the Service department leaves a different experience. Recently I had been quoted for a set of 4 tires as there was a sale on. I decided to buy the tires which included a front end alignment. When the service writer contacted me, he never looked at the quote I was given starts talking about the tires at full price and with no alignment. It finally got worked out, but I will not use the service department at this dealership again, except for warranty work No more misunderstanding with you, Skyler. More
