We purchased an Explorer, the drivers side heated seat was broken during delivery and a few other issues. Terrace stated he would make an appt with service to have it fixed. He did not, so we ended up hav was broken during delivery and a few other issues. Terrace stated he would make an appt with service to have it fixed. He did not, so we ended up having to speak with Mike D the manager who scheduled our appt. The dealership has had our vehicle for over a week an now attempting to have the repairs paid by thru the extended warranty we purchased. One has nothing to do with the other. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and purchase a vehicle elsewhere...dealerships are a dime a dozen! Will never purchase anything thru this dealership again and will be sure to tell everyone to steer clear. Could not be more disgusted with the customer service! More

Purchased a new F150 Lariat Hybrid on Friday, and our sales rep, Terrence Devlin, was great! Helpful, patient, answered all of my questions, and had the vehicle ready for me within hours to drive off the lot. I would highly recommend him if you're interested in purchasing a Ford or Lincoln! He and the dealership made it a terrific experience! More
